Today 's Talk 2: Prerequisite of a Pioneer to attain spirit of Freedom (pile on mentally )

Heloo again~~
Today,i would like to give a talk for people that have spirit of enthusiasm to achieve freedom in term of financial,lifestyle,time and space.I call it as :Criterion of a Pioneer to attain spirit of Freedom.

To implement it,here are total of 2 stages that readers MUST follow on !!

Stage1

• "Freedom" factor mindset -To apply this mindset,you must possess with passion of investment,drive,enthusiasm and commitment in achieving result.What is element of "Freedom" factor mindset about,here is list of it.!
• Mature thought--By referring to Robert T Kiyosaki Best Seller books such as "Rich Dad ,Poor Dad" and Cash-flow Quadrant ,(conduct self-learning by yourself) you will begin to think more open minded and comfort in receiving any criticism and coping of challenge in complicated world of investment.Besides developing on your own mature thought,you will be able to confront several intensive whack of failures ,especially on HIGH RISK Investment at any time ,any place. Here is tips for you :MUST Remind to yourself when you wake up every morning that You are Doing something that Never Done/Not successfully accomplish by others.You are the special one,You are the Only One for this JOB and you are proud for yourself to implement it ! YOU CAN DO IT!
  

• Case Study--Based on my understanding,some of people like me knowing the truth of Freedom to get yourself having excellent/fine standard of living from Robert T. Kiyosaki' s books (I'll post about Robert Kiyosaki 's biography in future.)
  

1. BUT,in some circumstances,a few of them either ignore/not to practice those principles or they do deliberately to carry out but doesn't have enthusiasm to keep it going!! Hmm~~ !Perhaps those situation happens due to lack of sensation/experience of neediness from poor life that should be sense it by yourself.
2. So,there is no doubt that those situation are common failing of a person with lack of guts to seek for something full of uncertainty.
3. Hmm~~here is some advices for your to boost up your willpower to pursue your freedom or your dream:Don't think too much,just carry on. Always think optimistic,think positive stuffs ,very easy one.Be Strong in our soul even you are confront with massive of failures.Nothing is impossible(especially financial freedom) as long as you have your own solid belief on it.Yes ! YOU CAN DO IT!
   

Stage 2:
Just i mention before,having elements that i emphasize out stage alone is not enough.Yes!No enough!It is because those elements are use to make yourself clear about your intention and possessed critical/prudent decision making.

Clear & Simple Intention

• Everyone has its own aims of life,ambition,target or goals.But,not truly all goals can be fulfill.WHY ?My reason is: You are facing many of goals that tricky to be categorize in term of which one is important to be implement.
• So,here is my solutions :

1. Take out a piece of paper and DRAFT OUT steps or actions that you feel appropriate to be execute on.(Include time line of implementation)
2. Improve your draft several times based on your needs,requirements or options until you feel convince that those steps are capable to be implement.(no re planning after steps are implemented) .
3. Maximum of 6 small goals is enough for you to lead yourself to your final goals that makes your life extraordinary !

Critical/Prudent decision making

• Your decision should be no influence heavily by friend/family (ask for opinion only) and environment because YOU are the ONE that control the outcome of your decision for yourself.
  
• Follow your intuition,needs and self-demand for decision making.
  
• Think on behalf of many side/others point on views during process of decision making.
• For example:Which investment product (stock,real estate ,forex) will be your main source of passive income for next 10 years ?
